12/14/2019- Hunt County EMS along with Commerce Fire & Wolfe City Fire units responded to a major motor vehicle accident Friday morning on Highway 11 near FM 1563 in the Fairlie area.
Units arrived on scene advising this would be a 18 wheeler VS a vehicle with major damage. First Responders quickly started checking on patients reporting the patient in the pickup truck to be deceased. The driver of the 18 wheeler was transported to a local hospital, with minor injuries.
Texas DPS was called to the scene for an investigation, while Highway 11 was closed for several hours Friday morning. The name of the deceased has not yet been released.
We would like to offer prayers for the families and first responders affected by this accident.
Hunt County EMS & Greenville Fire Units are on scene of a 2 car MVA on Interstate 30 @ mile marker 96 going West. This has the service road along with the interstate backed up 2 to 3 miles at this time.
Hunt County EMS & Caddo Mills Fire & Rescue units are on scene of a MVA in the area of interstate 30 half a mile east of FM 1903. There is also storm damage being reported in this area.

Today Hunt County EMS, Greenville Fire & P.D units responded to the corner of Wesley St @ Pickett St for a vehicle vs a building. Upon arrival units found a vehicle into the side of the building, with minor damage to the vehicle. Patient walked to the ambulance on their on to be evaluated.
As for the building, no damages were seen from the outside.
The mother of Bill Mcnutt, the driver of the 18 wheeler that wrecked into a creek off Highway 24 in Delta County yesterday says he is going to make a full recovery.
Besides 12 staples in his leg, the driver of the mangled big rig is doing good. The accident happened late morning on 5/16/2019. Delta County Fire & EMS were dispatched to the area of Highway 24 near the Hunt County Line for a 18 wheeler that had ran off the road. Units arrived on scene, requesting assistance from Commerce Fire.
Commerce Fire arrived on scene calling major damage, one 18 wheeler over a bridge into a creek. Several personal worked quickly to get the driver out of the truck, where we are told the driver walked up to the ambulance.
Benson Brothers worked quickly to get the truck and trailer removed from the creek and loaded up, while handling a Hazmat situation from the fuel tanks on the 18 wheeler leaking.

Hunt County EMS along with Commerce Fire & P.D responded to the area of Aldridge St @ Washington St this morning for a 2 car motor vehicle accident, with one of the vehicles being rolled over. Units arrived on scene advising 2 cars with one vehicle on its top. Fire & EMS assisted the patients, while Commerce P.D did their accident investigation. From the looks, a passenger vehicle struck the SUV in the side, causing the SUV to Rollover on its roof. Minor injuries reported
Hunt County EMS along with Greenville Fire & P.D responded to a single vehicle accident on I-30 this afternoon. Units arrived on scene to find that A pickup truck had slid off the road into the center median ditch between the highway and service road. All occupants were out of the vehicle, and their were no injuries.
This was on the service rd near Lone Star Pawn @ I-30 traffic was not affected during this accident.
