Hunt County Units Responded To A Vehicle Vs Pedestrian Early Sunday Morning

Around 6:19 this morning HCEMS, GPD and GFD responded to the area on 69 and 380 for a reported Auto vs PED. Once on scene units found 1 person on the ground. GPD requested HCEMS over the radio to have a helicopter on standby.

HCEMS supervisor arrived on scene and requested a helicopter seconds of making scene. AirEvac 67 declined due to weather, PHI med 2 also declined to weather. Carflite 4 was launched to the scene. PT was eventually transported by ground ambulances due to CPR in progress

The area was worked by first responders for a long period of time for an investigation. At this time we don’t have a condition of the PT. We will put in a request to GPD PIO.

Greenville Fire Units Responding To Cytec For A Possible Fire

*Greenville Fire Units are enroute to Jackson St @ Cytec for a caller who states there is smoke coming from the building and they believe it to be hazmat material that is burning

*No flames showing at this time

*Units will be on scene investigating at this time 01:29

*The hazard is under control at this time. Units will remain on scene 02:21

#Breaking Car Runs Into Lake Off Of Power Ln In Greenville

Greenville Fire & PD units are enroute to Power Lane for a vehicle in that water

Caller believes there are occupants inside the vehicle and is advising vehicle is sinking fast

Greenville P.D and fire on scene advising they can see the top of the vehicle, units will be out investigating

Fire units are responding with dive gear at this time 13:22

Hunt County EMS units are enroute to the scene requesting a dive team 13:32

Greenville Fire units have performed a hand search of the vehicle and are advising the vehicle is unoccupied at this time. It is still unknown 100% if the vehicle was occupied upon entering the water. Greenville does have dive team enroute 13:35

On scene units have been able to recover the vehicle. No occupants were inside the vehicle upon recovery. Divers checked the surrounding area of the lake, and also there no occupants were located.

Once we are updated by an official press release we will provide that information.

Afternoon Rollover On I-30WB Service Road Near Joe Ramsey Blvd

Hunt County EMS Along with Greenville Fire & P.D were dispatched out to I-30 Westbound Service Road, near the Joe Ramsey Blvd Overpass this afternoon, for a single vehicle rollover.

Units arrived on scene advising a single vehicle on its roof. Greenville Fire & Hunt County EMS, quickly worked to get the patient loaded onto a stretcher, and in the back of the ambulance. The occupant(s) were transported to Hunt Regional Medical Hospital In Greenville.

DPS officer made scene to complete their accident report, wrecker loaded the car, and the service road was back open. The highway was not affected by this accident.
